    3. 1.3The term ‘Course Library’; ‘We’; ‘Us’; ‘Our’; refers to the owner of the website, Course Library Ltd., Company No. 10456765, Registered Office Address at Unit 6, Waterside Drive, Langley, SL3 6EZ, United Kingdom.
    4. 1.4The term ‘You’; ‘Your’; refers to any Person, Firm, Company or Organization visiting, browsing or using our Website.
    5. 1.5All offerings under the Course Library section of the website are run, hosted and managed by Course Library Ltd. Course Library Ltd is a business entity which is independent of CV Library Ltd and users must not construe a legal connection between CV Library Ltd and Course Library Ltd.
    6. 1.6These terms and conditions are between Course Library Ltd. and the users of the Course Library platform. Users must not hold CV Library Ltd. liable, directly or indirectly, in any way, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with Course Library Ltd.’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. Prohibitions

    1. 2.1You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
    2. 2.2You must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorized access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of the website or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the website.
    3. 2.3You must not upload, distribute or otherwise publish through this website any content, information, or other material that (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets or other proprietary information of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to civil or criminal liability under the UK or International Laws; or (c) include any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties.
    4. 2.4You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities including without limitation scrapping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting on or in relation to this website without Course Library’s express written consent.
    5. 2.5You must not use this website for any purposes related to marketing without Course Library’s express written consent.
  3. User Information

    1. 3.1You are solely responsible for the information submitted by you to the website. You are responsible for ensuring that all the information submitted by you is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person in any jurisdiction.
    2. 3.2We will use the information supplied by you (including without limitation, sensitive personal data) to facilitate the purchase of the training courses made by you through this website. This involves, amongst other things, processing and storing information (including without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing such data to Course Providers / Merchants and/or to our Online Order Fulfilment Centre (“CourseDeals”). You consent to us for using information provided by you (including without limitation, sensitive personal data) in each of these ways.
  4. Terms of Sale

    1. 4.1By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
    2. 4.2Access to the Course and Course Access Duration will depend upon the Course Provider / Merchant selling the course and for any delays neither Course Library Ltd. nor CourseDeals will be responsible.
    3. 4.3In order to contract with Course Library Ltd. you must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a Bank acceptable to us.
    4. 4.4Course Library Ltd. retains the right to refuse any orders made by you.
    5. 4.5Course Library Ltd. is selling courses listed by our Merchants on our website and hence Course Library Ltd. is neither acting as an agent or principal nor as a re-seller for those Merchants. The contract is made between yourself and that Merchant and will also be subject to the Terms and Conditions on which the Merchant sell their courses.
    6. 4.6When placing an order you undertake that all the details provided by you to us are true and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient credit limit / funds to cover the cost of the order.
    7. 4.7You may place an order by adding course(s) to the cart and then checking out the cart and completing the payment process.
    8. 4.8Just by placing an order, Course Library Ltd. is not liable to formally accept your order until your order has passed our internal validation process for verifying the authenticity of the order, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud.
    9. 4.9Once the payment is successful, Course Library Ltd. will send you an e-mail informing that your payment was successful along with the Transaction No. and the Order Details.
    10. 4.10Soon after the receipt of a payment confirmation from Course Library Ltd., you will receive an e-mail from our Online Order Fulfilment Centre “CourseDeals” confirming the Voucher Code, Merchant details and the steps for redeeming the voucher.
    11. 4.11Whilst we try and ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices which appears on the website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our Merchants, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. We shall have the right to cancel such orders for such products whether or not the order is confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund.
    12. 4.12As the provider of the course, the concerned Merchant shall be fully responsible for any loss, injuries, damages, illness, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by you, caused in whole or in part by the Merchant or its products and services.
  5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    2. 5.1Under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, you have a Right to Cancel your purchase of course(s) within 14 calendar days after the day you have received a confirmation e-mail. This is referred to as the “Cancellation Period”.
    3. 5.2Note that if you access or attend the course(s) during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request the Merchant(s) to begin providing you with the goods/services to you, and you acknowledge that you lose your Right to Cancel the purchase of course(s) and get any refund for the same.
    4. 5.3In case you decide to cancel your order or part of your order within the Cancellation Period and you have not accessed or attended the course(s) during the Cancellation Period, it can be done in the following ways:
      • By filling out the Cancellation Form and sending it via post to CourseDeals, Cancellation Department, Unit 6, Waterside Drive, Langley SL3 6EZ, United Kingdom; or
      • By e-mailing the Cancellation Form to support@coursedeals.com
    5. 5.4If you cancel your order or part of your order within the Cancellation Period and you have not accessed or attended the course(s), we will refund you the payment for the order or the part of the order you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled for a refund.
  6. Intellectual Property Rights

    1. 6.1Course Library Ltd. grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use this website pursuant to this Agreement and to any additional terms and policies set forth by Course Library Ltd. All Intellectual Property Rights including all Copyrights, Patents, Trademarks, Service marks, Trade names, Domain names, Social media identifiers, Designs, whether registered or unregistered in the website and services, materials, information and content on this website, any database operated by us, all the website design, text, graphics, software, photos, videos, music, sound, data, all software compilations, underlying source code and software is either owned by us, licensed to us or we are entitled to use it. You shall not, or shall not attempt to, obtain any ownership or title to any such property. All rights are reserved.
    2. 6.2None of the material listed in section 6.1 above, in whole or in part, may be reproduced, distributed, copied, modified, published, downloaded, posted, performed or transmitted in any form or by any means, sold, rented, re-sold, licensed or sub-licensed, used to create derivative works, or in any way exploited without the prior express written permission of Course Library Ltd. You may, however, retrieve and display the content of the site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, display, perform or use for commercial purposes any of the materials, information or content on the site without our express written consent. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading any copyrighted material. Any violation of these restrictions may result in copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights infringement that may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.
    3. 6.3Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed using this website and services is the property of the applicable content owner or Merchant and may be protected by the applicable copyright, trademark or other law. This Agreement gives you no rights to such content except for the licenses granted herein.
  7. Card Fraud

    1. 7.1While Course Library Ltd. employs Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our Customers, Course Library Ltd. will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses whether direct or indirect suffered by a Customer whose credit / debit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
  8. Variation, Suspension and Termination

    1. 8.1Course Library Ltd. may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time without any notice. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Kindly check the page regularly to ensure that you are familiar with the current version.
    2. 8.2If you or anyone with your permission uses the website in contravention of this Agreement, we may suspend your use of this website in whole or in part.
    3. 8.3Notwithstanding anything else in this section 8, we shall terminate this Agreement at any time.
    4. 8.4Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of this website in whole or in part.
    5. 8.5Our right to terminate this Agreement shall not prejudice any other right or remedy we may have in respect of any breach or any rights, obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the termination of this Agreement.

    1. 10.1We try to ensure continuous availability of the website but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. Your access to the site may also occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new products or features. We will attempt to restore such access as soon as we reasonably can.
    2. 10.2All liability of Course Library Ltd., its Directors or Employees howsoever arising for any loss whatsoever arising from your use of or inability to use the website is excluded, insofar as it is possible to do so in law.     1. 11.1We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under this Agreement that is caused by a Force Majeure Event.
    2. 11.1A “Force Majeure Event” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lockouts or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riots, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunication network.
  12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

    1. 12.1This site, all information, materials, content, the products offered for sale on it and the transactions conducted throughout are provided by Course Library Ltd. on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing.
